Featuring 4908 attendees across the two day event, the show was packed with C-suite professionals, national safety managers, and senior managers from large companies such as Woolworths Group, Melbourne Water, the Department of Defence, FedEx Express, Coca-Cola, Virgin Australia, Ford Motor Group, Australia Post, and Veolia.

“We were genuinely overwhelmed by the positivity of the event and the great feedback we received from suppliers and attendees from across the Work Health and Safety community,” said National Media’s Commercial Director, Stephen Blackie. “What is clear is that there is an appetite for an event that not only provides crucial OHS-related content, but also provides the connections and solutions to address the challenges faced by professionals in the field.”

According to National Media, exhibitors reported positive sales results through the opportunity to create new connections and generate more business from existing customers, with a continual theme being the significant return on investment from exhibitors.

“We achieved ROI by 1pm on day one due to the high number of quality leads. The rest was icing on the cake,” said Hamish Baker, Co-Founder of TEG Risk.

According to National Media, the positive experience has led to 73 per cent of exhibitors rebooking for the next Melbourne edition in late May 2025. The next Workplace Health and Safety Show will take place in Sydney across October 23-24 this year at Sydney Showground, Olympic Park.

Workplace Health & Safety Show is Australia’s largest free-to-attend exhibition and conference dedicated to health and safety.
