Skyjack has launched its new SJ5545 E electric drive scissor lift – the highest working height model in its slab scissor range.
The new machine, designed for both indoor and outdoor use, features a 15.54 m working height and a 394 kg load capacity. It offers responsive control and manoeuvrability, making it suitable for a wide range of construction, maintenance, and industrial applications.
Skyjack said the SJ5545 E provides a clean, quiet, and sustainable rental solution with zero emissions, lower operating costs, and improved utilisation. Its intelligent adaptive variable speed brushless drive system delivers long duty cycles and smooth automatic transitions on grades up to 25 per cent. Fully proportional drive and lift controls improve torque, traction, and efficiency.

The SJ5545 E’s scissor stack features fully welded cross-bracing for added rigidity and improved operator comfort at height. It can be driven at full height and has a two-person wind rating at 6.7 m.
Its all-steel, anti-slip platform is among the largest in its class, featuring multiple lanyard attachment points and a 0.9 m roll-out extension deck to extend reach. The modular rail system folds down to reduce stowed height for easier transport.

The SJ5545 E is now available in North America and Europe.
