Following a strong end to 2020 the new year has continued at pace for Terex Rough Terrain (RT) cranes. This has been further enhanced by a sixty-six crane order from Italian dealer, Tecno Gru. The order just received includes the full range of RT cranes from the very versatile RT 35-1 up to the all new TRT 90 including its new TEOS operating system. Cranes will begin delivery from April and will complete in full during 2021.
Andrea Pavoni – sales manager at Tecno Gru, Terex dealer for most Italian regions and Balkan Countries, comments: “Historically we have ordered stock machines towards the end of a year, but this year due to obvious circumstances, preferred to wait and fully assess the market demand. With this exercise now complete, we were delighted to place this significant order with Terex. We believe this investment, just as things are starting to improve, will give us a distinct advantage over our competitors. We continue to invest in ‘state of the art’ cranes to ensure our existing and new customers have the best experience possible when purchasing new equipment, enhanced further by Tecno Gru’s outstanding parts and service support network”.
“We are absolutely delighted to secure this new and significant order. Our partnership with Tecno Gru continues to go from strength to strength and really is a huge success story. We are seeing increasing activity in our wider business and a real passion across all our teams to build and deliver these cranes to Tecno Gru,” Stefania Dapoli, Terex senior sales manager RT cranes said.
