German construction company Scholpp Kran & Transport has ordered three Demag all terrain cranes from Terex Cranes.
The company has received the last of its order which included a Demag AC 220-5, Demag AC 700-9 and Demag AC 300-6.
The final crane was picked up in Zweibrücken by Regional Operations Manager Stuttgart, Stephan Burkhardt, and two crane operators Jörg Plätzer and Andreas Meinzer.
“The crane can handle jobs up to 78 metres high or within a radius of 74 m without a jib – this is really sensational,” Burkhardt said.

Scholpp Kran & Transport managing partner Martin Scholpp said the Demag AC 300-6 impressed the company with its flexible combination of range and performance.
“With the 80-m main boom fully extended, it still lifts up to 15 t,” he said.
This makes it the perfect assist crane for the assembly and disassembly of tower cranes.”
Scholpp will also use the new Demag AC 300-6 for heavy cargo handling, bridge construction and lifting special load parts.
