Crane, assembly, and transportation services company Scholpp have just taken delivery of an all-new Tadano AC 4.080-1 all terrain crane.
Boasting a 60-meter-long main boom and a maximum crane capacity of 80 tonnes, the latest addition to Scholpp’s Tadano fleet is “extremely compact” and possesses an “extremely manoeuvrable design”, according to regional manager for the Rhine-Neckar region Jan Meibner.
“The fact that it’s equipped with highlights such as the IC‑1 Plus and the Surround View system means that the crane leaves nothing to be desired,” he continued, “not to mention that the whole thing is available at an incredibly attractive price.”
Operating across the South-West region of Germany for over 67 years, Scholpp plan to deploy the AC 4.080-1 primarily for house and basement construction, cellular network infrastructure projects, and operations in industrial facilities – a key indicator of the versatility within Tadano’s machine.
“We ordered this crane with the e-Pack prep package as well,” said Meißner, “as it will enable us, for instance, to carry out lifts in cleanrooms where zero-emission crane operation is required.”
Scholpp’s fleet will enjoy the boost of the AC 4.080-1, which already consists of around a dozen Tadano cranes from their German facilities in Lauf and Zweibrücken.
Tadano Group hold 11 operational plants worldwide and, through combining German engineering with Japanese innovation, distribute in more than 50 global companies.
