Manitowoc has appointed Timo Stenz as vice president of sales for mobile cranes in Central Europe, effective 1 July 2025.
In his new role, Stenz will lead sales teams in Germany and the Netherlands, while also driving Manitowoc’s mobile crane business in Northern and Eastern Europe. He will be responsible for business development, strengthening customer relationships, and supporting the growth of Grove cranes across key markets.

With his proven track record and deep understanding of the construction equipment industry, Timo will play a key role in expanding the presence of Grove cranes in customer fleets across major European markets,” said Pier Domenico Ravera, vice president of sales for mobile cranes in Europe and general manager of Manitowoc Cranes UK.
Stenz has close to 20 years of sales leadership experience in the construction equipment sector. He began his career at BOMAG after completing an Industrial and Mechanical Engineering degree at the Technical University of Darmstadt in Germany. He went on to hold senior roles at the company and most recently served as global sales director.
