Mammoet has appointed Suzanne Jungjohann as its new Chief Human Resources Officer, effective 1 April 2026. She will also join the company’s executive board of management.
The appointment comes as Mammoet prepares for its next phase of growth, with increasing global demand for energy and major infrastructure projects.
Joost Goderie, CEO of Mammoet, said strengthening the company’s HR leadership is a key focus for the future.
“As we look ahead to unprecedented opportunities across our selected markets, strengthening our HR leadership is essential,” said Joost. “Suzanne brings the experience needed to help us attract, develop and support the highly skilled professionals who make our work possible.”
Suzanne brings extensive HR leadership experience from a range of large organisations. Her background includes roles at insurer NN Group, HR services company Randstad, supermarket chain Albert Heijn and, most recently, Cosun, an international agricultural cooperative, where she was CHRO and played a key role in organisational development and transformation.
“I’m excited to join a company with such a strong purpose and legacy,” said Suzanne.
“Across continents and industries, the need for reliable energy continues to grow. Mammoet brings the skills, scale and partnership mindset to meet that challenge,” she said.
“I look forward to growing competencies across the organization to help meet the world’s energy and infrastructure needs – both today, and tomorrow,” said Suzanne.
Her appointment supports Mammoet’s focus on building a unified, future-ready organisation capable of delivering complex energy and infrastructure projects worldwide.
Mammoet’s recent work includes the relocation of Kiruna’s historic church in Sweden, the installation of key components at the Hinkley Point C nuclear power plant in the UK, and the assembly of Terminal F at Dallas Fort Worth International Airport.
Mammoet is the world’s leading engineered heavy lifting and transport company and operates in more than 40 countries. Its work supports industrial progress through large-scale modular construction, helping to improve cost efficiency and reduce project timelines.
