LiftCon25 set to bring lifting industry together in Sydney

Registrations are open for LiftCon25, the Lifting Equipment Engineers Association’s (LEEA) flagship conference, taking place on 20–21 May at the Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach.

With the early bird offer closing this Friday, attendees are encouraged to secure their tickets now for one of the industry’s most anticipated events.

This year’s LiftCon will offer two days of technical discussions, business insights, product showcases, and unmatched networking opportunities. The event will gather professionals from across the lifting sector, including manufacturers, suppliers, and equipment users.

Day One (20 May) is open exclusively to LEEA members and runs from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm. It features expert-led technical sessions, business talks on industry best practices, and a networking reception.

Day Two (21 May) opens to the entire industry. Highlights include a keynote on the importance of lifting by Justin Boehm, updates on trans-Tasman cooperation from LEEA CEO Sarah Toase, and the prestigious LEEA Awards. Technical presentations will cover topics such as rope maintenance, AI and AR in lifting, HMPE slings, high-risk industry training, and more.

With speakers from Andromeda Industries, SafeWork, pewag, and other leading organisations, the conference promises practical takeaways and strategic insights for businesses across the lifting and rigging ecosystem.

LiftCon25 also provides a platform to explore new technology through an on-site exhibition and to celebrate the achievements of professionals through the Legend Award and Certificate IV recognition.

Tickets are available via the LEEA website. Early bird pricing ends this Friday.
