LEEA announces new Discovery Event in Sydney

The Lifting Equipment Engineers Association (LEEA) has postponed its upcoming LiftCon event, but members and industry professionals will still have an opportunity to connect in person this month.

Instead of LiftCon, LEEA is inviting members and lifting professionals to a Discovery Event in Sydney on 20 May. The event will be held at the Novotel Sydney Brighton Beach and will run from 8:30am to 12:30pm, followed by a networking lunch.

Designed as a free, in-person session, the event promises to highlight the value of LEEA membership and how the organisation supports safety, quality, and performance in lifting operations. Attendees will also get a first look at LEEA’s new Safe User membership, aimed at promoting best practices among equipment users.

The Discovery Event offers a platform for industry professionals to learn directly from LEEA, connect with regional peers, and better understand the latest standards and training in the lifting sector.

The event is free to attend, but spots are limited. Interested participants are encouraged to register early to secure a place.
