Spanish crane rental company Grúas del Valles has added two new GMK3060L-1 all-terrain cranes to its fleet, adding to its original unit purchased in 2022.
Manager at Grúas del Valles Marc Gelabert said the company’s first GMK3060L-1 had given a positive impression, with its 48m long boom offering combined with the noticeable agility of the compact package.
“We really like Grove’s GMK3060L-1; its compact dimensions, long boom, 8.7m bi-fold swingaway jib and Megatrak suspension are outstanding features that enhance our operations,” said Marc.
The GMK3060L-1 all-terrain offers a comfortable cab on a 8.67m carrier with a lifting capacity of 60 tonnes.
The Grove is also versatile, able to be operated indoors and outdoors, due to load charts that start at a 0° boom angle. It can also drive with up to 7.5-tonne of counterweight.
GMK3060L-1 cranes also include an intuitive and user-friendly crane control system (CCS) inclusive of a boom configurator for quick assembly and jog dial for easy input.
Marc praised the specificity of the Grove all-terrain crane and highlighted the important relationship Grúas del Valles has with its dealer.
“The cranes (GMK3060L-1) are ideal for the jobs we focus on, and we get great support from our local dealer, Rexma, which always provides swift and responsive service,” said Marc.
Grúas del Valles was founded in 1968 in Granollers, 30 kilometres northeast of Barcelona. The company now has a fleet of 35 cranes, with 45 employees
