Pick and carry crane manufacturer Franna has launched a new customer portal exclusive for Australian customers.
The new Franna portal is available across a range of devices, including desktop, mobile and tablet devices.
It aims to provide around the clock access to key sales, marketing and aftersales documents.
Mobile apps can be used in areas of poor connectivity, meaning a document can be downloaded once and stored within the app for future use.
Documents and content are regularly updated to make life easier for users of the app.
Franna Marketing Manager Dermot McCracken said the company is pleased to offer the digital solution to its Australian customers.
“The offline capability of the new portal apps will be particularly beneficial to our mining customers and others based in remote areas where internet connectivity is poor,” McCracken said.
“The feedback from customers has been great so far and we are excited to develop this further in the future.”
