Fleet Cost & Care teams up with TDC Services for Oceania

Fleet Cost & Care has announced a strategic partnership with TDC Services to expand its presence and support across Australia and the wider Oceania market.

The partnership will see TDC Services act as Fleet Cost & Care’s implementation and advisory partner in the region, supporting customers with system deployments, operational transformation projects and data-driven reporting.
Fleet Cost & Care is a provider of fleet management and operational software for crane, rigging and heavy equipment businesses. The company said the agreement strengthens its ability to deliver local support backed by experienced, in-market leadership.

TDC Services was founded by Tony Durey, an operations and transformation specialist with more than 35 years of senior management experience across Australia, the United States and Canada. Tony brings hands-on experience in large-scale system implementations, business process improvement and operational transformation, including direct experience as a Fleet Cost & Care customer.

During his time at Marmon Cranes Services/Freo Group, Tony led the rollout of Fleet Cost & Care to around 2,000 employees across 60 branches in three countries. The project supported the introduction of a standardised fleet management platform across the business. His work also included global paperless initiatives, Power BI reporting design, lean improvement programs and the delivery of Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations across multiple entities.

“Tony understands our platform not just as a consultant, but from the inside — as a customer who has led complex, global implementations,” said Jeff Curran, President at Fleet Cost & Care. “This partnership strengthens our ability to support customers in Oceania with experienced, in-market leadership focused on execution, change management, and measurable outcomes.”

Under the partnership, TDC Services will support organisations using Fleet Cost & Care with system implementation, operational change programs and reporting strategies designed to improve fleet performance and decision-making.
Fleet Cost & Care works with equipment businesses of all sizes, from regional operators through to large, multi-branch fleets. The company is also preparing to release a new cloud-based platform in 2026, designed to provide a scalable foundation for fleet, maintenance, safety and financial workflows as businesses grow.

“I’ve seen firsthand the impact Fleet Cost & Care can have when paired with the right delivery approach,” said Tony.

“Launching TDC Services allows me to help organisations simplify complexity, improve fleet performance, and deliver change with confidence – backed by a platform I trust and know deeply.”

Fleet Cost & Care said the partnership reflects its ongoing investment in global growth and its focus on combining technology with delivery partners who understand the day-to-day realities of fleet operations.
