Set to kick off on 17-18 July and close out on 6-7 November this year, the program is inclusive and designed for people with 0-10 years of leadership experience. The face-to-face course will consist of two 1.5 days of workshops, three online workshops, interactive learning, and networking opportunities.
The program will give inexperienced leaders the chance to learn about topics such as defining leadership vs management, team leadership and motivation, effective communication, time management and prioritisation, emotional intelligence, and psychological safety and trust.

According to CICA, the Dynamic Leaders Program will give participants the opportunity to walk away from the program with concrete skills and tools to improve team performance both as a formal and informal leader. Furthermore, the program will help participants understand how leadership differs from management, and the important skills related to both.
News of CICA’s Dynamic Leaders Program follows April’s launch of the Women’s Leadership Development Program that provides an opportunity for women to come together to explore what it takes for women to exercise leadership and take up authority in leadership roles in Australia. Set to feature Gretchen Gagel as Facilitator and Mentor of the program, the workshops will run across the country from 10 July in Sydney through to 13 November in Melbourne.
The programs’ key outcomes revolve around providing women with the skills and capabilities to progress their careers, create an Australia-wide support and mentoring network, and help establish a perfect leadership styles as well as personal branding.
