As Crane Auctions Australia prepares to launch its first auction of 2026, the team is carrying strong momentum into the new year.
Bidding for the February event opens on 19 February, just days away, and the catalogue reflects the company’s focus on matching real market demand with practical fleet solutions.
This week’s auction features a broad mix of machines covering multiple applications and capacities. From the legendary workhorse AC500-2, fully kitted and ready for work, to a range of pick and carry cranes from 14 tonnes through to 55 tonnes, the line-up is designed to suit both specialist operators and general hire fleets.
Buyers will also find a fully refurbished Tadano ATF180 all terrain crane, along with tower cranes and other units suited to a variety of site requirements. The first auction of the year has something for every site and every application.
The February sale follows two successful auctions in 2025, which helped establish CAA in the national used crane market. The business entered the sector in June with its inaugural event and followed it up in September.
Previous catalogues included all terrains, truck cranes, city cranes and crawlers, ensuring buyers had genuine choice. The February auction continues that strategy, offering a spread of equipment aligned with early-year project demand.
With sellers continuing to approach the business and a steady pipeline of machines coming through, CAA is confident about the first auction of 2026. The February auction marks its third national event and signals the company’s intent to build on the foundation laid in 2025.
