Bulk Expo 80 per cent sold out ahead of 2026 event

Bulk Expo has reached a major milestone, with more than 80 per cent of exhibition floor space already sold ahead of the 2026 event.

The strong uptake highlights growing confidence across Australia’s bulk solids handling sector, with companies moving early to secure their presence at the exhibition and connect with key decision-makers from the materials handling, processing, storage, logistics and supply chain industries.

Organisers said the response reflects continued demand for face-to-face engagement as businesses focus on improving operational efficiency, automation and safety.

Prime Creative Media Head of Marketing – Events Molly Hancock said exhibitor demand had exceeded expectations at this stage of the sales cycle.

“To see 80 per cent of the floor already committed is a strong signal of where the industry is at right now,” Hancock said.

“There is clear appetite for innovation, practical solutions and direct engagement. Exhibitors are recognising the value of being part of that conversation early.”

With only limited premium floor space remaining, companies considering participation are being encouraged to secure their preferred locations as soon as possible.

Bulk Expo will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre on 16–17 September 2026 and is expected to bring together suppliers, manufacturers and industry professionals from across the bulk handling sector.

The event will showcase the latest technologies, equipment and solutions designed to support productivity, safety and efficiency throughout the industry.
