Borger Cranes and Rigging, working with Luke Williams and his team from Precision Rigging and Logistics, recently deployed their Liebherr LTM1500-8.1 for a lift in Brisbane’s CBD.
The job involved the installation of a series of 6.3t chiller units and equipment out to a radius of 80m. The LTM1500-8.1 was configured with a 26.5m main boom, 70m luffing fly jib and 135t of counterweight. The total lift weight including the load, rope and rigging was 8t. Thanks to all parties involved, the project was completed without a hitch.
