Announced late last week, the association revealed Australian pick and carry crane manufacturer, Franna, as the platinum sponsor of the event, taking the mantle from XCMG who held the title last year. Underwriting Agency UAA Group has been named as both the networking dinner and silver sponsor of the event, with German manufacturer, Liebherr, taking the chance to be gold sponsor of Australia’s premier crane exhibition.

National crane hire company, Preston Hire, has been named as the WIFI/App sponsor, with XCMG picking up the satchel sponsorship for this year’s event.

Rounding the sponsorship opportunities up is Maeda through national dealer Pace Cranes for the lanyard slot, the Crane Connection for the keynote speaker sponsor, and PNO Insurance for the coffee cart sponsorship, with Finlease, Sennebogen, Htr Distribution, and Tadano acquiring bronze sponsorship opportunities.

The 2024 CICA National Conference is to be held at the Adelaide Convention Centre from October 17 through to October 19 in partnership with the South Australian Government, the Adelaide Convention Centre, and Business Events Adelaide. Following the ‘Next Generation’ theme of last year, this year’s theme is ‘Building a Sustainable Tomorrow’, focusing on the sustainable practices the crane industry can undertake to help decarbonise the many sectors it operates in.
